The GBN provides the following core services:
- Meetings & Webinars: The GBN organizes regular meetings and webinars for members and their stakeholders. All members are encouraged to attend the GBN Annual General Meeting (AGM)..
- Projects: The GBN supports projects that assist the GBN to achieve its mission and vision.
- Publications: GBN publishes a biannual newsletter and promotes the exchange of publications among members.
- Best Practice Resources: Members receive free access to the Best Practice Improvement Resource – www.bpir.com.
- Benchmarking Tools: Members share benchmarking tools and data, including those collaboratively developed by GBN members, such as the Sustainability Tool.
- International Benchmarking Conference: GBN organizes an annual International Benchmarking Conference.
- Awards & Recognition: GBN supports the Global Benchmarking Award and the International Best Practice Competition.
- Partner Search & Collaboration: Members are encouraged to leverage GBN’s network for assistance, advice, and finding benchmarking partners.
