The 2nd International Benchmarking Conference: “Destination Bussiness Excellence” provided for the first time, an opportunity for all business practitioners, professionals, and researchers to submit papers and share their experiences as up to 100 papers were presented. The best papers were published in the International Journal for TQM and Business Excellence. The conference was hosted by the Dubai Quality Group.
