The Global Benchmarking Network (GBN) is an alliance of leading benchmarking centres worldwide who share a common vision and mission. Current Membership comprises more than 20 benchmarking centres which represent more than 30,000 businesses and government agencies.

To demystify the “what” and “how” of Benchmarking, GBN has instituted a hands-on educational workshop – The GBN Benchmarking Roadshow.

After a successful Roadshow in Toronto, Canada last year, the 2nd GBN Benchmarking Roadshow is scheduled to be held in Mumbai, India on 16-17 June 2010. The Roadshow is being hosted by the Global Benchmarking Network through BestPrax Club (India) and Benchmarking Partnerships (Australia). The Roadshow is held in a different member country each year.

The theme for the Mumbai Roadshow is ‘Best Practices in Leadership and Strategic Planning’. It will also aim to showcase How to Do Benchmarking Well and focus on Leadership and Strategic Planning Best Practices of select Indian organisations in the manufacturing and service sectors as examples.

Dr Camp, author of the seminal works on Benchmarking will be the chief presenter at the Roadshow. He will be supported by subject matter experts from Australia, Germany, India, New Zealand and UAE.  BestPrax Club is the face of India, and Benchmarking Partnerships that of Australia, in the GBN.
