First International Knowledge Management Webinar - 25 November 2009

You are invited to participate in our first 1 hour, English Language Knowledge Management Webinar to learn about KM best practices in Germany.

The speaker at this first Webinar is Mr Paul Seren, Head of KM at Schaeffler Group, one of the world’s principal automotive parts suppliers. Mr Seren will discuss 10 years experience in KM at Schaeffler Group (the ups and downs and how the downs were overcome) and he will give answers to questions both during and after the webinar. Webinar participants will also receive the Mr Seren’s presentation and after the webinar an approved case study emanating from the webinar.

The presentation will cover the KM journey since 2000 and main areas for Knowledge Work and KM at Schaeffler Group, conditions and cooperation with other disciplines
